Can I cancel my order?

For non-custom-made products, we are able to cancel your order provided that the item has not yet been dispatched for delivery.
For custom-made products, orders cannot be altered or cancelled.

Can I place a custom order?

We are pleased to offer bespoke custom orders tailored to your individual preferences. Simply share your ideas and requirements with us at hello@labhana.com, and we will work closely with you to bring your vision to life.
Upon receipt, we will contact you within 24 hours to discuss your requirements in detail and provide further information on the customisation process.

How long does it take for my order to arrive?

Non-custom orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days, with delivery times varying depending on your location and shipping methods.

Do you offer international shipping?

What is your refund policy?

We offer a 30-day return policy for eligible items, provided they are returned in their original condition and packaging. Return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility.
Custom order items are not returnable.
