Except for custom orders, all orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received. For custom orders, please refer to the details provided in the specific product listing.

UK orders are shipped via Royal Mail (typically 2–7 business days, not guaranteed). For international delivery times, please refer to Royal Mail’s published estimates.

Please note that all delivery times are estimates only and not guaranteed. Unless expressly agreed otherwise, time shall not be of the essence.

“Business days” refer to Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank holidays.
Order cut-off time: 5:00pm (UK time).

We do not ship to any country or region subject to UK or international trade sanctions.
Any orders placed for these destinations will be cancelled and refunded in full.
